As our Guest Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in building strong relationships, driving sales and managing the end to end sales pipeline within the business. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective guests, responsible for nurturing interest, and converting opportunities into bookings.
Including, but not limited to:
Manage and grow the sales pipelines, lead the global guest sales campaigns and develop always-on new sales leads into the business.
Responsibility for the sales team to hit weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Manage the guest sales team, optimising the sales systems and processes, setting goals and managing the teams individual outputs.
Develop and grow new corporate sales leads to be followed-up by the wider team.
Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, effectively handling incoming enquiries and managing the whole booking process by making call-backs, responding to emails, building strong guest relations and maintaining up-to-date guest data.
Record accurate detailed call logs and maintain customer information on CRM system (Pipe Drive), compiling weekly activity reports.
Be responsible for the incoming enquiries on the company mobile phone.
Follow-up calls / enquiries by email, text or calls with requested information in a timely manner.
Continue regular methodical, follow-up process to close sales.
Be disciplined with scheduling calls via Calendly and other means of communication.
Seek new leads, nurture existing customer relationships.
Manage bespoke booking transactions through LeBlanq’s online booking platform, Easol.
Work with Marketing and Partnerships teams on targeted sales plans.
Assist wider team with customer, cycling, travel or wellness insights and news.
Assist wider team with providing / gathering guest information ahead of events.
Attend all events, if needed, working in varying capacities as required, from supporting the marketing and content teams, to guest hosting and overall event management assistance.
A range of other ad hoc tasks may be added as required, given the nature of a small team.
The Guest Sales Manager will work on a full-time basis, remotely.
They will be required to be available for in-person meetings in London on an ongoing basis (roughly once per fortnight) and therefore easy access to London is required. It would be advantageous to have a full driving licence and be able to drive hire cars abroad if required.
The Guest Sales Manager will be required to be available to attend all events in the UK and abroad (normally 5-6 days away from home per event), plus other ad hoc recces and engagements, so must have the necessary permissions and availability to travel.

Team liaison: Managing Director, Events & Business Operations Director, Guest & Event Manager, Head of Marketing, Creative Director, Marketing Executive and wider ad hoc events team
Competitive base salary + 100% sales commission earnable on guest sales.
