For our riders, pedal your way gently into the weekend with a short, relaxed ride to loosen the legs, taking in the stunning roads surrounding Can Terrades.

Whilst the riders head out for the prologue, wellness guests will gently stretch into the weekend with a yoga session.

Relax into the weekend in the peaceful surrounds of Can Terrades. Take a refreshing dip in the pool nestled amongst the vines, enjoy the state-of-the-art infra red sauna, roll out your matt in the yoga studio, or simply sit back with a glass of champagne. This is your time to unwind.

Enjoy your first taste of Catalan cuisine as the resident chef showcases this diverse culinary landscape with a three-course dinner using locally sourced seasonal ingredients. 

Discover famous climbs, hidden beauty spots and breath-taking vistas overlooking this mythical mountainous region. With undulating country lanes, lengthy climbs and stunning descents, you can experience a variety of routes which are designed for riders of all abilities. Routes vary from lengths of 50km - 150km.

For wellness guests will set out on a guided group hike. Leaving Can Terrades on foot for a 12km circular hike via the small medieval village of Palera and then onto Besalú.

Simply sit back and enjoy a relaxing drink on a sun-lounger overlooking the surrounding mountains, or take some time for self-care and enjoy some luxurious treatments and products in the spa. Or, if you'd rather, you might want to enjoy a post-ride stretching class or massage to sooth sore muscles. The afternoon agenda is yours to set in this idyllic home-from-home. 

Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and flavours of Girona with a seasonal menu created by Michelin-starred chef Nieves Barragán. From cooking over fire to fermentation, Nieves will elevate the flavours of the incredible produce and ingredients, pairing each dish with wines selected by our Master of Wine.

Unwind and enjoy stories from his biggest victories, including the 2014 Dubai Tour, the 2015 World Championships and his stage win in the Giro d'Italia.

The ultimate ride, side by side with Taylor Phinney and our team of cycling legends, taking in the stunning Pyrenees mountains of Alta Garrotxa, as well exploring nearby towns and lakes, stopping off along the way to refuel with coffee and local delicacies. This will be your longest ride of the weekend with routes ranging from 50km - 110km.

For wellness guests, you will be transported  to embark on a walking tour of Girona, experiencing its Medieval charm, winding cobblestone streets, and breathtaking views of the Onyar River.

Return to the sanctuary of Can Terrades for a revitalising massage and post-ride stretch or simply melt into recovery mode by the pool. Take time to unwind before a late afternoon local wine tasting experience.

A 5-course Michelin-starred feast created by Nieves Barragán, celebrating the illustrious career of Taylor Phinney.

Each course will include a special, local wine pairing chosen by our Master of Wine.

Your final ride of the weekend is shorter, more relaxing, but equally as beautiful. We take in the scenery for the last time with a leisurely ride covering the rest of the Serra de Tramuntana, before returning to the hotel.

For wellness guests, recharge with a final yoga session of the weekend, followed by a last session in the infra-red sauna. 

Enjoy a family style feast prepared by local chefs using the finest seasonal ingredients before saying goodbye to your new friends and Can Terrades.
