We're celebrating the very best of Yorkshire with a one-day joyride exploring the Dales, re-tracing roads from the 2019 UCI World Championships and some of the iconic climbs ridden in the 2014 Grand Départ, alongside the King of the Cafe Ride, Matt Stephens. Beginning at Grantley Hall, a luxury getaway hidden in the Dales, you'll enjoy breakfast alongside your fellow joyriders, before rolling through the country lanes towards Cold Bath Clubhouse, where a meze of cold cuts, small plates and refreshing beers await. Post-ride, melt into recovery mode in the tranquillity of Grantley Hall’s state-of-the-art Three Graces Spa, before an al fresco dining treat in the Norton Courtyard, with a Taste of Yorkshire menu, celebrating the region’s finest produce.
OUR BASE
A hidden jewel nestled deep into the Yorkshire Dales, Grantley Hall is hailed as one of Britain's finest houses. First built as a grand, private family home in the 17th century, this historic getaway offers the most tranquil escape in the English countryside. Proudly sitting on the banks of the River Skell, its beauty runs through not just the exterior, but the opulent hotel, stunning spa, multiple fine-dining restaurants, and the surrounding English Heritage listed Japanese Gardens.
