We’ve partnered with Michelin and Silverstone to bring you a joyride with a difference! Strap yourself in for a day of riding and racing around the home of British motor sport with the legendary cyclist, turned supercar speedster, Sir Chris Hoy. After some full-gas pedalling around the circuit, we’ll settle into a more leisurely pace, joyriding through the tranquil lanes leading towards the most picturesque and historic surrounding towns in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. On our return to Silverstone, a team of pro drivers (including Sir Chris) will switch to four wheels to take you for a spin around the track in a supercar. If that's not enough, the day will culminate with a fine dining feast created by the chef behind Michelin-starred restaurant, “Frenchie”, Gregory Marchand.

DINING

FRENCHIE X SILVERSTONE

Greg Marchand, or Frenchie, has roots in both Paris and London. He cut his teeth at the Savoy, and worked under Jamie Oliver at Fifteen, which is the origin of his nickname, and the name above each of his renowned establishments. The now famous ‘Rue du nil’, “la rue la plus gourmande de Paris” in the Sentier neighbourhood, houses not only his Michelin-star flagship, but Frenchie Caviste (his wine shop) and Frenchie to Go (his sandwich bar). The success of his ‘little village’, spurred on by seasonality and French fundamentals, lead Greg back to London, delivering yet another world-class culinary experience in Covent Garden. If you haven’t been lucky enough to get a taste of ‘Frenchie’, then this is your chance...
