Anette has always dreamt of culinary stardom and at the age of just 24, she is already one of Norway’s most talented chefs having gained invaluable experience at BA53, the Norwegian Embassy in Stockholm, and most recently at Soria Moria Hotel in Oslo. Anette is also a member of the highly successful Norwegian National Culinary Team, who has recently returned from the IKA Culinary Olympics with a record number of medals.

Now Anette is joining forces with 62 Nord, taking the helm at Hotel Union Oye, the second luxurious stay on our point-to-point Joyride through the Sunnmøre Alps.
