A tour of the balearic beauty that is Ibiza with Michelin-standard attention to detail applied to your weekend with Mark Cavendish, Sir Bradley Wiggins & Pete Tong. Here’s how the stages unfold.
STAGE 1 - THUR EVENING
TIME & PLACE
Enjoy drinks before a celebration of the Island's finest produce with a 3-course dinner at Tribe, cooked by local chefs and our Directeur Culinaire, Ashley Palmer-Watts.
STAGE 2 - FRI MORNING
Soak in the sunrise and prepare for your first joyride with some light yoga, a refreshing dip in the sea or simply relax and enjoy breakfast by the pool.
STAGE 3 - FRI MORNING
The ultimate pleasure ride, side by side with Mark Cavendish, Sir Bradley Wiggins and other legendary riders, taking in all the stunning coastal roads the island has to offer, with five distances ranging from 60km to 160km. We’ll also make a few stops along the way to taste some of the regions best produce.
STAGE 4 - FRI AFTERNOON
Enjoy an afternoon relaxing at the Riomar Hotel, with late lunch, drinks by the pool and a massage from our soigneurs, followed by optional sunset sessions before dinner, including meditative practices and breath-work classes by the sea.
STAGE 5 - FRI EVENING
BALEARIC BEACH BBQ
After al fresco drinks we'll head to Chiringuito Blue for a Michelin-star beach BBQ created by Nieves Barragán Mohacho, chef director at Sabor.
STAGE 6 - FRI EVENING
TALES OF A GREEN JERSEY
An after dinner chat with cycling greats, Mark Cavendish and Sir Bradley Wiggins, hosted by Matt Stephens and Adam Blythe. Unwind and enjoy tales from Marks's astonishing record breaking rides at Le Tour.
STAGE 7 - SAT MORNING
Ease into your second day of joyriding with breakfast by the pool and another chance to practice yoga, paddle boarding or simply relax on your private beach.
STAGE 8 - SAT MORNING
Our second joyride gives your the choice of sticking to the smooth, coastal roads heading south, or venture north towards the mountains and experience the best off-road trails the isle has to offer. Either way, you'll discover why Ibiza is revered for being a diverse cycling paradise for roadies and trail seekers alike.
STAGE 9 - SAT AFTERNOON
Another chance to enjoy the luxurious surrounds of the Riomar hotel. Tuck into a delicious lunch and enjoy an aperitif poolside and take a stroll down to the beach and stretch off with a gentle yoga class. This is your time to unwind.
STAGE 10 - SAT EVENING
TOUR DE FEAST
A 5-course homage to Tour de France record breaker, Mark Cavendish, created by Ashley Palmer-Watts, a chef who helped shape British Gastronomy at the Fat Duck. Includes accompanied pairings by Champagne Laurent-Perrier’s master sommeliers.
STAGE 11 - SAT EVENING
After dinner, head to the W Hotel nightclub, Below, for an after party set with world famous DJ, Pete Tong.
STAGE 12 - SUN MORNING
After two lengthier rides, our final joyride is a leisurely 50km route with multiple stops to take in yet to be seen vistas, and of course, a chance to feast on more of the Island's very best produce.
STAGE 13 - SUN AFTERNOON
THE FINISH DINE
The ultimate after the finish line feast, created by the chefs at the Hotel Riomar. Our final culinary celebration, served family style.
