Choose between a ride through the Surrey hills led by Olympic gold medallist Jonny Brownlee & Dani Rowe, and Sigma Sports ambassador and TV commentator Matt Stephens, or a run through Hampton Court grounds and the River Thames towpath alongside former World No. 1 duathlete Annie Emmerson followed by yoga and meditation.
