STAGE 1 - FRI EVENING

TIME & PLACE

Get to know your fellow team joyriders around Dunskey Estate’s banquet table with a 3-course celebration of Scotland created by Dunskey's head chef and champion of local produce, David Alexander. Each course highlights some of the best producers that the region has to offer.

STAGE 2 - SAT MORNING

JOYRIDE 01

The ultimate pleasure ride, side by side with Sir Chris Hoy. Taking in the stunning beauty of the Dumfriesshire coastline and mountainous landscape inland with your choice of a 75km or 110km route. Along the way, we'll make a few stops to taste some of the region's best produce.

STAGE 3 - SAT AFTERNOON

RECHARGE

Rest and relaxation, how the pros do it. Let our soigneurs soothe tired muscles with a massage, enjoy an afternoon aperitif after a swim in the loch, or stretch off with a yoga class. This is your time to unwind.

STAGE 4 - SAT EVENING

TOUR DE FEAST

A 5-course homage to a six-time Olympic champion Sir Chris Hoy, created by fellow Scot and head chef at Scotland's best restaurant, The Kitchin. Celebrate Chris' greatest moments through the flavours on your plate, with a taste of rich, Scottish produce sourced by Tom himself. All dishes will be accompanied with pairings by Champagne Laurent-Perrier.

STAGE 5 - SAT EVENING

TALES OF A RAINBOW JERSEY

An intimate fireside chat with one of the UK’s most successful Olympians. Unwind with whisky and wine pairings and enjoy tales from the track as Sir Chris takes you on a journey through his decorated career, from his first gold medal at Athen’s, to his hat-rick in Beijing, to the magical double at London 2012.

STAGE 6 - SUN MORNING

JOYRIDE 02
