RETREAT ITINERARY
Joyriding comes in many forms and whilst some come to experience picturesque riding alongside cycling royalty and taste world-class dishes from our Michelin-star chefs, others seek tranquility, whilst lapping up the intimate feel of our host venues and unwinding with unique experiences in the company of like-minded individuals.
Join us in Champagne and indulge in a luxurious escape, tailored specifically for non-riding guests.
Day 1
Thursday 3:30pm
Arrive at your tranquil home of the Loisium for the weekend, enjoy a glass of Champagne as you settle in.
Thursday 5:00pm
Swim in the outdoor heated pool whilst enjoying endless views of the vineyards or unwind in the sprawling spa area. Book in for a luxurious treatment or spend some time at the gym.
Thursday 7:00pm
Enjoy a drinks reception in the courtyard and meet some of your fellow Joyriders.
Thursday 8:00pm
Your culinary journey begins with a celebration of the vibrant, diverse produce grown nearby, with a 3-course menu at L'Horisium restaurant, created by chef Antoine Madelaine.
Working with a selection of the region's best producers, they'll showcase, course by course, the ingredients that make Champagne a world-renowned culinary destination.
Day 2
Friday 10:00am
After breakfast you’ll be heading out to explore the vineyards by E-Bike where you'll experience a taste of the terroir and what the region has to offer.
Visit family wineries enroute and meet with avant-garde growers and producers. Indulge yourself in a wine tasting experience like no other as you sample some of the region's most coveted cuvées.

As you stroll up from your morning tour, meet the riders back at the hotel and recharge with a nutritious buffet lunch.

At the Losium spa club there are countless post-ride pampering options both indoors and outside on the sundeck embedded into the surrounding vineyards.
Grab a glass of Champagne and melt into relaxation mode, enjoy the healing effects in their state-of-the-art Finnish sauna, or leave yourself feeling invigorated with a range of beauty treatments and massages.

Join us on the bar terrace for a glass of Champagne. Take a sip and reminisce on the day gone by.
Friday 7:00pm
The culinary journey continues with a taste of the most coveted cuvées from local, independent avant-garde producers. These ultra-limited, single vineyard bottlings will be paired with 3 exquisite dishes created by Antoine Madelaine.
Day 3
Saturday 10:00am
Take a stroll down Avenue de Champagne and view the prestigious Champagne houses.
Immerse yourself in an opulent tasting experience at one of the magnificent cellars such as Perrier-Jouët, Moët & Chandon, Pol Roger and Mercier.
Saturday 1:00pm
Stroll back to the hotel for lunch with your fellow Joyriders.
The afternoon ahead is yours, so take some time to yourself at the spa, gym or sit back and dive into a book.
Saturday 7:15pm
A 5-course Michelin star homage to 'L'Americain', Greg LeMond celebrating Greg's greatest moments through flavours on your plate, created by Anthony Demetre. Each dish includes a Champagne pairing chosen by our Master of Wine.
Saturday 9:30pm
An intimate fireside chat with Greg LeMond hosted by Matt Stephens. Unwind with a glass of InchDairnie RyeLaw and enjoy epic tales from the road as Greg recounts his 3x Tour de France victories, 2x World Road Race Championships and his epic comeback from a near fatal shooting.
Day 4
Sunday 9:00am
Whilst the riders embark on their final joyride, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, make the most of the spa facilities and take one final stroll through the vines.
Sunday 12:30pm
Take in stunning views of the region from the terrace of the Royal Champagne Hotel and enjoy a sumptuous lunch before departing.
