Celebrate the heritage of cycling and gastronomy on our most luxurious experience, touring the stunning vineyards and chateaus of Champagne alongside three-time Tour de France winner, Greg LeMond. Get a taste for the terroir with menus curated by Michelin-star chef Anthony Demetre, as well as pit-stops at the region's most exclusive artisan Champagne houses. In between the riding and dining, you’ll be unwinding at the Loisium Wine & Spa Hôtel Champagne, a 5-star wine country retreat nestled on a scenic hill overlooking Épernay.

THUR AFTERNOON

PROLOGUE

Pedal your way gently into the weekend with a short, relaxed ride to loosen the legs, taking in stunning local roads around Mutigny.

Your culinary journey begins with a celebration of the vibrant, diverse produce grown nearby, with a 3-course menu at l’Horisium restaurant, created by Chef Antoine Madelaine.

Working with a selection of the region's best producers, they'll showcase, course by course, the ingredients that make Champagne a world-renowned culinary destination.

FRI MORNING

JOYRIDE 01

Get your first taste of the rolling vineyards of Champagne, side-by-side with Greg LeMond and our team of cycling legends. Along the way, we’ll make a few stops to taste some of the region's best produce, and in true Champagne style, we'll visit an artisan Champagne House for a private tour and tasting.

There will be riding groups for all abilities, with four distances ranging from 50km to 120km.

FRI AFTERNOON

RECHARGE

At the Losium Spa Club there are countless post-ride pampering options both indoors and outside on the sundeck embedded into the surrounding vineyards. 

Grab a glass of Champagne and melt into relaxation mode, enjoy the healing effects in their state-of-the-art Finnish sauna, or leave yourself feeling invigorated with a range of beauty treatments and massages.

This is your time to unwind.

A TASTE OF CHAMPAGNE

The culinary journey continues with a taste of the most coveted cuvées from local independent, avant-garde producers. These ultra-limited, single-vineyard bottlings will be paired with 3 exquisite dishes created by Antoine Madelaine.

SAT MORNING

JOYRIDE 02

Ride side-by-side with Greg as together you re-trace roads he rode in the Maillot Jaune, as well as stopping off at the nearby town of Épernay, which has featured 7 times and hosted two finishes in Le Tour. Your reward for all of that thirsty work will be yet another taste of the terroir, as we visit a local patisserie to refuel before finishing with a glass of Champagne at the hotel.

There will be riding groups for all abilities, with four distances ranging from 50km to 120km.

RECHARGE

Take the afternoon to relax and unwind after another glorious day in the saddle, taking full advantage of the 5-star facilities at the Hotel.

TOUR DE FEAST

A 5-course Michelin-star homage to 'L'Americain', Greg LeMond celebrating Greg's greatest moments through flavours on your plate, created by Anthony Demetre. Each dish includes a champagne pairing chosen by our Master of Wine.

TALES OF A YELLOW JERSEY

An intimate fireside chat with Greg LeMond hosted by Matt Stephens. Unwind with a glass of InchDairnie RyeLaw and enjoy epic tales from the road as Greg recounts his 3x Tour de France victories, 2x World Road Race Championships and his epic comeback from a near fatal shooting. 

SUN MORNING

JOYRIDE 03

Soak in more of the beauty of Champagne for the final time, as you enjoy a shorter, more leisurely ride to sample local delicacies famous in these parts.

THE FINISH DINE

Take in stunning views of the region from the terrace of the Royal Champagne Hotel and enjoy a relaxed lunch before departing.
